客におじぎをする bow to the guests
右足からたつ stand from the right foot

茶筅をもとの位置に返す return the chasen to its original position
茶碗から茶巾を抜く pull the chakin(linen cloth) off the chawan edge
蓋を取る take the lid off
茶碗に右手で時計回りに二回まわす turn the chawan clockwise twise with your right hand
茶碗を三回半まわしながら拭く turn and wipe the chawan there and a half times
右手で棗を取る take the natsume” with your right hand
左手の上に右手を重ねる hold your hands right over left
左手のひらに棗をのせる put the natsume on your left palm
歩く時は足の先をまっすぐ向ける point your feet straight ahead as you walk
頭をまっすぐにする keep your head straight
肩の力を抜く relax your shoulders
腕をまるくする round your arms
膝の上に両手を置く put your hands on your lap
